After signing labor contract with the company, the company will, according to national laws, local governmental regulations and company systems, purchase various insurances for the employees, namely endowment insurance, medical insurance, supplementary medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance and maternity insurance. Refer to FAW Group for payment standard. Where, the base pay for the enterprises and individuals shall be the average monthly pay of previous year. At present, the ratio of various insurance payment is as follows:
1、Endowment insurance: enterprise payment ratio is 20% and individual payment ratio is 8%.
2、Medical insurance: enterprise payment ratio is7% and individual payment ratio is 2%.
3、Supplemental medical insurance: enterprise payment ratio is5% and individual payment ratio is 0%.
4、Unemployment insurance: enterprise payment ratio is 2% and individual payment ratio is 1%.
5、Employment injury insurance: enterprise payment ratio is 0.93 % and individual payment ratio is 0%.
6、Maternity insurance: enterprise payment ratio is 0.5 % and individual payment ratio is 0%.
